Penn Motorsports & RC Club

The aim of the Penn Motorsports & RC Club is to teach students basic engineering principles and skills using RC cars. Make it simple and fun for everyone, so no one feels left out.

The purpose of the Club: 

• Introduce students to racing and CAD softwares.
• Provide hands-on experiences with RC cars through racing, and friendly competitions.
• Encourage teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and beginner friendly engineering skills.
• Teach students fundamental engineering skills relating to CAD, 3D Printing, and car manufacturing and construction.
• Create an inclusive environment where students can learn, compete, and share their interest in motorsports.
• Organize educational presentations, tournaments, obstacle courses, and other club activities related to motorsports.

There will be club dues of $25 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Regularly scheduled meetings will be held: Twice a month, on every 2nd and last Friday of the month – after school in Room 136.
