Penn hosts 2026 Carnival of Bands on Saturday, Sept. 26
Penn High School’s Carnival of Bands will feature 14 of the top marching bands in northern Indiana on Saturday, Sept. 26, at Everwise Freed Field. A schedule of band performances is posted below.
