Media Center Staff
After teaching English and creative writing since 2004, Caelea Armstrong joined the library staff in 2016. Her favorite authors are Gail Godwin and Ernest Hemingway. Caelea’s goals for the near future are to work with the newly created Friends of the Library club to implement changes and improvements that will make the space more inviting and functional to students and staff. Like Christopher McCandless in Into the Wild, sometimes she would like to just get in her car and drive west and explore the U.S.
Student assistants are the friendly faces behind the counter. They are happy to help with Chromebooks, copies, laminating, and book checkout.

This is the perfect opportunity to thank that special teacher, bus driver, office secretary, librarian, or any other P-H-M employee who has made a difference in your life. The minimum donation is $20 per recipient. The money received is used to fund future grants for programs that wouldn't otherwise be possible due to budget cuts. Your special person will receive a note and congratulatory pin acknowledging your donation. All donations to the Foundation are tax deductible. PHMEF is also taking credit cards as payment. You must return loaner chromebooks before the end of your last block class the day you borrow them. They require recharging in the IMC before the next day's use.
