Information for students regarding transportation

The BUS INFORMATION letter will be going out the week of Aug. 14 to all who have requested bus transportation. Students who do not need transportation will not get a letter.  

Parents can call Transportation at (574) 258-9565 or utilize our transportation tool called infofinder i located on the PHM website for information. Use infofinder i and then if that does not provide the information needed, call transportation after Aug. 17. Parents should contact Transportation if their student will not be using the bus for the 2017-2018 school year.

Another valuable tool on the PHM website that parents can sign-up for is called "Here Comes The Bus" which is GPS information on the location of the bus to which your student is assigned.

If you are going to change your bus route, you must contact Brenda Chaffee  at 574-258-9524 or contact Brenda Chaffee through email. If you will have a new address, parents/guardians must provide two proofs of your new address to the school for your bus route to be changed. You must also contact the school if you are no longer needing a bus route due to driving next year; or if there is a change in an alternate pick-up address.
