Penn’s Mrs. Becky Hope Honored at PHM Employee Dinner

At P-H-M’s Employee Recognition Dinner held Monday, May 16, the School Corporation honored Penn Art Teacher Mrs. Becky Hope as Secondary Teacher of the Year, along with Elementary Teacher of the Year Miss Amanda Fox (Elsie Rogers); Employee of the Year Julie Demske (Head Custodian, Schmucker); retirees; and employees who’ve been with PHM for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years. Mrs. Hope credits her students and fellow art teachers for help mold her into a great teacher. She definitely makes an impact; one Penn student remembered her from the summer Visual Arts Academy all the way back in elementary school.
