Penn Baseball’s 1st practice on new turf field

Posted on September 11, 2019

It wasn’t Opening Day, but it sure had the excitement of it!

Yesterday (Tues., Sept. 10) the Baseball Team had their first practice on Penn High School's new multi-purpose turf field! Kingsmen Head Baseball Coach Dikos led all the players (Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen) out onto the new field to break it in. Some football/baseball players even took a break from football practice to get in on the fun!  P-H-M Superintendent Dr. Jerry Thacker, Penn Principal Sean Galiher & Coach Dikos threw out the "first pitches."
