The purpose of the Kandi Bracelet Club is to provide a fun and productive environment for those interested in the making or trading of Kandi jewelry, supply members with the resources needed to create Kandi jewelry that they otherwise may not have access to, and bring the Kandi community of Penn High School together. 

The aim of the Penn High School Kandi Bracelet Club is to bring the Kandi community of Penn High School together and provide Kandi-making supplies to those who may be interested in the hobby.
