Penn to host Carnival of Bands on Saturday, Sept. 28

Penn High School will host the annual Carnival of Bands on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019.

Tickets cost $7.

“We are always so proud to host 35 bands from across the state,” Penn High School Fine Arts and Communications Academy Leader Glenn Northern said. “All of these groups have worked for countless hours to learn and perfect their shows.

“We look forward to having everyone together on our campus on September 28^th.”
