Li, Kotaru earn Speech State Finals quarterfinals status

Two of Penn’s Speech State Finalists, Lyvia Li and Abhinav Kotaru, reached the quarterfinals of the State Finals during competition Saturday, March 9, and Sunday, March 10, in Fishers, Ind.

Li advanced to the quarterfinals in Impromptu and in United States Extemporaneous speaking.

Kotaru made it to quarterfinals in Discussion.
