The Functional Life Skills Program

The Functional Life Skills Program is an activity/community based program designed to make students with significant disabilities as independent as possible within the school and community environments. Whenever appropriate, students receive their training in general education settings with non-disabled peers. Students do not earn course credit toward a diploma but will receive a Certificate for Completion of the Individual Education Plan and participate in graduation ceremonies.
