Graduation Information

Class of 2013 Commencement will take place on Friday, June 7, 2013 at 7 pm.

• Did you receive the graduation information letter in the mail recently?  Call 258-9503 if you are graduating this spring and did NOT receive a letter recently.  Read it here!

   

• Mandatory Senior Meeting schedule:  (If you are no longer in the Penn High School building, you must make arrangements to attend one of the following.  Enter Door A with your school or government issued ID.)

   April 23 -

  Gold 1, 8:30 am - Studio Theater
  Gold 2, 10:00 am - Studio Theater
  Gold 3, 11:30 am - Studio Theater - Beginning of 3rd block or "A" lunch
  Gold 4, 2:00 pm - Studio Theater
   
  April 24 -
  Black 1, 8:30 am - CPA (auditorium)
  Black 2, 10:00 am - Studio Theater
  Black 3, 11:30 am - Room 171 (Band Room) - Beginning of 3rd block or "A" lunch
  Black 4, 2:00 pm - CPA

   May 1 - 6:00 pm at Pennway

   

• *Caps, gowns & announcements not picked up during the lunch hours on April 10 - 11 that are paid are in the Main Office for immediate pick-up between 7:30 am & 4:00 pm.  If you have a balance, you must call Jostens at 574.546.4160 to make arrangements.

• Did you know?  You may purchase individual announcement cards for $1.00/ea in the Main Office!

• Do you receive the Senior email updates with tons of helpful information on college & scholarship opportunities?  If not, email Guidance Counselor Lynn Stratford to be added to the list!  lstratford@phm.k12.in.us

• Are you sure you ordered your cap, gown & tassel for commencement?  If not, call Jostens at 574.546.4160 ASAP!
