Section 86. “Special Education” means specially designed instruction, at no cost to the parent, designed to meet the unique needs of a student eligible for special education and related services under this article. The term may include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Instruction conducted in:
- The classroom
- The home
- Hospitals and institutions; and
- Other settings
- Instruction and physical education
- Travel training
- Transition services
- Vocational education
- Speech-language pathology services
