Estimated Fee Notices
You should have received in the mail an estimated fee notice for your student's fees. These amounts can change due to schedule changes and incomplete schedules. These changes will affect your fee balance until October 2012. At this time, fees will be recalculated and you will receive an itemized billing showing your new balance due (may show that you owe more money, a refund due, or no change).
You can pay your estimated bill with cash, check or money order or by using our on-line system for credit card payments. All payments are due by September 14, 2012.
If you cannot afford to pay your estimated bill in full by September 14, 2012, you must fill out a payment plan agreement. Payment plans are due in full by March 1, 2013.
You can mail your payment/payment plan agreement to:
Penn High School
Attn: Bookstore
56100 Bittersweet Road
Mishawaka, IN 46545
You may also stop by the bookstore between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please use the Payment/Order Form below when mailing your payment or bring it with you to the bookstore to pay in person.
What do I need to make an on-line payment?
You need access to a phone or the Internet, a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), your student’s ID number and the bureau code for your school. The website is www.certifiedpayments.net and the phone number is 1-866-549-1010. There is a link to the Certified Payments website here and on each of the school websites. The link will require a bureau number for Penn. The number is 1094812. Then follow the simple prompts by using the next button and filling in the information requested. There are seven simple steps in the process listed on the right hand side of the webpage.
