College Application and Scholarship Deadlines
When applying to colleges/universities during your senior year, please be aware of the early deadlines for many merit-based scholarships (based on academics).
The deadlines are usually November 1. Also, many colleges and universities give specific departmental scholarships, which have their own deadlines. You will need to get on the specific college website and check their deadlines. In addition, many schools also award scholarships based on SAT/ACT scores. If you are wondering about the specific cut offs for scholarship monies, again, check the website and/or e-mail or call the college for their criteria.
