Math Competitions

Math competitions are offered during school hours and local and state competitions are offered on Saturdays. Top scorers qualify, compete on national tests and may be eligible for scholarships.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all honors level students in grades 9-12

Time Commitment: Day/hour of competition

Procedure for Joining: Sign up through honors math classes

Activity Time Period: October through May

Membership Limit: Varies depending on competition

Varsity Award Requirements: Must attend practices and competitions. Since there are so few competitions, we don’t require a certain amount of playing time, although we try to play all students at some time during the season.
